Acceptance
By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any provision, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. These Terms govern all interactions with the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet a higher age requirement mandated by local law, to use this service. By registering, you confirm you satisfy the eligibility criteria and have authority to enter this agreement. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may require age verification at any time.
Account Security
Certain features require account creation with a valid email and password. You agree to keep credentials confidential and to notify support of any unauthorized access. All actions under your account are presumed authorized by you. You are responsible for any losses due to compromised credentials.
Permissible Use

You must not attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted data. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
User Content & License
Any content you submit remains your property but is licensed to the service for hosting, display, and distribution. You represent and warrant you hold all necessary rights for any submitted content. The service may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You agree to indemnify for any claims arising from your content.
Pricing & Payments
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of paid services.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.
Service Modifications
The service may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You receive no ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued against infringers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
